We get results

We assess the children using the National Curriculum levels of attainment from the UK.

Our results are exemplary. In 2011, 90% of our Year 6 students achieved a Level 4 or above score, indicating expected -- or above average -- performance in Mathematics and English. Approximately 50% of pupils achieve a Level 5 or greater score, indicating achievement well above average for children of this age.

As you would expect in an international learning community, a number of children join our School with limited English speaking abilities. We internally assess and evaluate all children and provide additional support where required. It’s our task to quickly get non-native speakers up to speed in English so they can access the mainstream curriculum effectively through the medium of English and achieve their full potential.

Personal development

We don't believe in arbitrary standards. Instead, we prefer to measure each child's performance based on personal improvement and individual development -- is the child succeeding to the best of their abilities? Can they do more? And can we do more to help?

Our internal procedures ensure all children are positively encouraged and given the support they need to grow and develop, improving on their existing abilities and developing new skills, achieving their maximum potential.
