To promote excellence at BSB, we recruit only the very best practitioners who have a passion for their subject and with the skills and talent to make a contribution to the life of the School. Our teaching staff are highly qualified, professional, committed and dedicated. Many of our teachers are UK trained, although we also employ staff from around the world. As a school we invest in the professional development of our staff to ensure we remain at the very forefront of the latest developments in education.

All members of staff are dedicated to supporting our vision of inclusiveness and each individual contributes to the sense of community our students enjoy, as well as working to foster a positive, pro-active learning environment where individuals are encouraged, supported, and given the tools they need to learn, grow, and flourish.

BSB teaching staff continue to take advantage of the latest technology to enhance the learning opportunities for all students, including digital whiteboards, iPads, Virtual Learning Environment  and a fully connected ICT system.

Our teaching staff is a truly international mixture of ages and length of service, giving the School an advantageous balance between experience, enthusiasm and new ideas.
