Our staff are appropriately trained for the age group and the curriculum that they teach.

78% of our teaching staff are UK trained as suits our curriculum, but we are delighted that 22% of our staff have qualifications from outside the UK, bringing particular skills that we require. For example, our Modern Languages Department  benefits from a more international team of teachers!

We also ensure our teachers regularly attend in-service training sessions to keep up-to-date with best practice and the fast pace of developments in teaching and education in the UK
