Clubs & Activities

We encourage both staff and students to become involved in the extra-curricular activities of the school. There is very good evidence to suggest that students who are actively participating in the full life of the school, both in lessons and in the extra-curriculum programme of activities that is arranged outside the formal curriculum,  achieve their goals.

Extra-curricular activities energise the school as they:

• are fun
• encourage team work across the age groups
• enable staff and students to know each other as people rather than just as ‘teacher’ and ‘student’

At BSB, the extra-curricular life of the school extends to parents and families and helps to bind our community together.
We hope all our students find fulfilling activities to challenge them.
