At BSB we call each other by our first names and we don’t have a uniform: two important aspects of daily life here which tell you a little about our culture of care, collaboration and respect.
But for every individual to truly thrive, students need to be able to indulge their interests and explore new ones. They also need opportunities to learn more about their place in the world, access to additional academic support if needed and a pastoral care system which places them and their needs at its centre.
At BSB, this is what we aim for, and it’s why so many students talk about the community here as being like an extended family, where everyone is welcomed and accepted for who they are.
