To say BSB has outstanding facilities doesn't do it justice. We are located in a purpose built campus situated beside the tranquil woodlands and beautiful grounds of the Royal Museum for Central Africa. It's a peaceful, safe, stimulating environment for our students. Combined with our excellent facilities and warm, welcoming community, it’s a place where students can truly feel at home.We are improving our facilities all the time. Over the last decade, we've undertaken a major programme of works and now boast some of the most modern school facilities in Europe.
As part of our ongoing improvement programme, we have built:
- A state-of-the-art Design and Technology workshop
- A Post-16 Centre, Careers, and Business Suite
- A purpose built 240-seat Theatre
- A multipurpose hall (Rubens Hall) seating 250
- A modern Science and Mathematics block
- A self-service Cafeteria seating 330
- A Modern Languages suite
- A specialist ICT Suite
- A purpose-built Lower Primary complex and Early Years Centre
- An extended staffroom
Continuous improvements
We continue to improve our facilities every year. From ensuring that computers are kept up-to-date and modernising existing teaching facilities to the construction of new buildings, BSB remains dedicated to providing students with the very best facilities available.
Our latest building project will see several new buildings added to the campus. These architect-designed buildings will feature shared spaces, enhanced facilities, and will have a minimal environmental footprint.
A strong community is built on solid foundations. BSB's facilities give students the strong foundation they need to learn, as well as a safe environment in which to socialise and develop life skills.
