All volunteers are asked to complete the volunteer enrolment form below. Once the enrolment form is received, the volunteer may be invited to meet with a staff member, to discuss his/her interests and to receive information on available opportunities.
The HR department coordinates the recruitment of new volunteers. All successful applicants must sign a Volunteer Agreement. Volunteers will also be given a copy of the BSB Volunteer policy. HR also provides volunteers with a badge which must be worn visibly at all times when in school. Volunteers must give HR a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) disclosure document before the voluntary work is started. The enrolment form will be treated in the strictest confidence. Information from the form will not be passed onto any third party without the volunteer’s consent.
